Kevin brings over 5 years of experience in the Phoenix commercial real estate market and serves as a leasing specialist for Peak. Kevin has represented clients in over 55 transactions totaling over 200,000 square feet and is seasoned in developing underachieving centers and maximizing occupancies by using strategic marketing and networking. Active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Kevin has acquired active national credit tenants as well as locally operated tenants.
Prior to being a leasing specialist, Kevin managed a mixed use commercial portfolio of over 350,000 square feet. Kevin has participated in the acquisition and disposition of properties and has a strong background in all phases of construction management services for tenant and capital improvements. He brings extensive experience with budgeting, CAM compliance and reconciliation.
