Peak Commercial’s staff has experience working as a court appointed receiver or working for a receiver as a manager of non-performing commercial assets. We are usually able to obtain receiver bonds within 24-48 hours.
In reference to financial reporting, we have prepared and submitted the full array of reports to the courts for receiverships and bankruptcies. In addition to accurate and timely reports, our firm can provide due diligence services, marketing plans to increase occupancy, renovation/construction management services and long term financial analysis plans.
