Experience: Steve is the Managing Partner & Designated Broker for Peak Commercial Property Services. Steve has over 16 years experience in commercial real estate management & leasing. Steve has been a CPM (Certified Property Manager) since 1998 and he has managed over 1 million square feet of retail shopping center space over the past several years.

Background: After growing up in Northern California and Oregon, Steve moved to Arizona and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from Arizona State University. Steve is a member of AZREIA (Arizona Real Estate Investors Association), IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), and has achieved the CRIR (Certified Residential Investor Representative) designation, specializing in working with out-of-state investors. In addition, Steve is an experienced investor and had successfully bought-fixed-sold and/or managed more than 20 properties over the past several years.

Personal: Steve and his wife, Carol, are the proud owners of their two dogs. Steve’s interests include traveling, music, running, biking, and he spends his free time reading, playing guitar, and an occasional golf game.

Michael Berry

Experience: Michael is a property manager for Peak Commercial Property Services. Michael oversees the management of our retail, office & multi-family portfolio. Michael has over nine (9) years experience in management with a strong background in collections. Michael’s attention to detail helps protect our owner’s investments. Mike is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona.

Background:  After growing up in Portland, Oregon, Michael received his BA in Business Management at Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho. Mike has worked in both the rent-to-own industry and property management and has several years experience as a real estate investor, owning property in multiple states.

Personal:  Michael is currently divorced and has no children. In his free time Michael enjoys basketball, tennis, running, mountain climbing, golf, skiing and reading.

Leah Andres
Property Manager

Experience:  Leah is a Property Manager for Peak Commercial Property Services. Leah coordinates all the maintenance issues for our properties. She handles rental payments and is in charge vendor billing and payroll.  She handles rental payments and is in charge of approving applications for potential tenants. Leah has over 20 years experience in residential real estate.

Background:  Leah moved to Arizona in 1994 after the big earthquake hit California in January of the same year. Leah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies at Maryknoll College. She began her career when working for a Federal Bank as a closer for residential lending and as an escrow assistant for an escrow company in Sherman Oaks, CA. Leah assisted a multi-million dollar producer realtor when she relocated to Arizona. Leah has worked for a title company, mortgage company and has extensive experience as closer for a well known home builder in the valley.

Personal:  Leah has 2 teenage girls that keep her busy when she is not at work. In her free time, Leah enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and playing golf.

RC Hard
Property Manager

Experience: RC is a Property Manager as well as one of our successful Leasing Agents. He has held several positions in real estate, business, management, and construction; which has given him a unique insight into our business.

Background: The Hards moved from Iowa to Arizona in 2003, so that RC could attend Arizona State University, where he double majored in Real Estate and Business Administration. RC also has earned Associate Degrees in Management Development, Arts, & General Studies; as well as an Educational Certificate in Human Resources. He has worked for Fortune 50 companies, as well as many start-ups; this has allowed him to bring a vast amount of well-rounded views and experiences to Peak Commercial Property Services.

Personal: RC's father was stationed at Camp LeJeune, NC when RC was born. After Mr. Hard finished his tour of duty with the US Marine Corp, he moved his family to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where RC grew up and lived until moving out west to go to school at ASU. RC is married to Anne and they have one dog, two cats, and no children. RC and Anne like to spend their free time hiking, biking, camping, traveling, and attending sporting events.

Sarah Ford 
Office Manager

Experience: Sarah is an administrative assistant with Peak Commercial Property Services. Sarah helps keep all computer records updated, handles tenant invoicing, and assists with any marketing efforts as well. Sarah is in process of obtaining her Arizona Real Estate license.

Background: Sarah moved to Arizona three (3) years ago from California. Sarah has seven (7) years of management experience in retail operations, payroll, and accounting

Personal: When Sarah is not working she loves to spend her free time with her family. She enjoys, cooking, word puzzles, football, and tennis.

Carol Weber
Residential Relocation Specialist

Experience: Carol is the Residential Relocation Specialist for Peak Commercial Property Services. Carol's services include working with both buyers and sellers. Carol greatest strength is connecting with people and helping meet their needs. Carol has been a realtor since 1999 and has several designations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and E-Pro.

Background: Carol moved from California to Arizona in 1988. After gaining management experience in retail sales and working in the dental field, Carol obtained her real estate license in 1999 and has over 7 years experience as a residential realtor. Carol is an experienced real estate investor.

Horth Hong
Leasing Associate

Experience: Horth is a leasing agent for Peak Investory Group.  Horth brings four (4) years experience of working with a shopping center developer and has been a commercial real estate agent for the past 2 years. Horth specializes in both Landlord and Tenant representation and currently handles over 300,000sf of retail space. Horth brings a strong commitment to customer service and offers networking skills with the retail brokerage community that are valuable assets to her clients. Horth is also a member of the ICSC.

Background: Horth moved to Arizona in 1985. Prior to real estate business, she owned and operated a flower shop. Horth has handled other commercial real estate responsibilities including coordination of tenant improvements and many facets of property management.
