your listing to local brokers and contact both local
and national tenants in order to help secure the best
possible tenant for your investment. We provide a monthly
leasing report to you so you can track our results.
Our attention to detail to a tenant’s needs and desire
to build long-term relationships with our tenants translates
into positive results for our owners. Our market knowledge
allows us to set the rent as high as we believe the
market will support. At the same time, we stay aggressive
with rental incentives and do whatever it takes to get
the deal done. The bottom line: We get deals done

Management
At Peak, our philosophy for

Peak has a Certified Property Manger (CPM) on
staff, who has managed over a million square feet of
commercial space and dozens of residential properties in
the Greater Phoenix Area.

of your property to insure resident compliance.
We handle after hours phone calls for emergency
repairs and obtain the owner’s approval before moving
ahead on any major repairs.

high-quality residents, reducing maintenance costs, and
providing effective tenant retention.
Accounting
We forward any owner proceeds and
provide monthly financial statements to our clients
which detail all income and expenses for the month.
Our monthly statements are user friendly and easy
to read & understand.
For the owner's convenience, Peak prepares a
year-end account summary to assist our client’s tax
return preparation.
