Steve Weber
Designated Broker
Stephen Weber is the founder and serves as the
Designated Broker for Peak Commercial Property
Services. Mr. Weber has over 20 years experience in
commercial real estate management, investing, and
leasing. Mr. Weber has been a CPM (Certified
Property Manager) since 1998 and he has managed
over 1 million square feet of retail, office and multi-
family properties over the past several years.
Mr. Weber’s received a B.S. in real estate from
Arizona State University in 1988. His professional
affiliations include Arizona Real Estate Investors
Association (AZREIA), Certified Commercial
Investment Member (CCIM) and has achieved the
Certified Residential Investor Representative (CRIR)
designation, specializing in working with out-of-state
investors. In addition, Mr. Weber is an experienced
investor and had successfully bought-fixed-sold
and/or managed more than 25 properties over the
past several years.
