Leah Andres
Property Manager
Leah serves as a property manager for Peak. She has worked for more than 4 years as a property manager for Peak, managing several hundred thousand square feet of retail, office and multi-family properties during her tenure. She has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2006 and currently oversees the management of our multi-family portfolio. Leah has over 20 years experience in residential real estate.
Leah moved to Arizona in 1994 after receiving her BA degree in International Studies at Maryknoll College in California. She worked for a Federal Bank as a closer for residential lending and as an escrow assistant for an escrow company in Sherman Oaks, CA. Leah assisted a multi-million dollar producer realtor when she relocated to Arizona. Leah has worked for a title company, mortgage company and has extensive experience as a closer for a well known home builder in the valley.
